In today’s fast paced digital transformation which is impacting all countries and industries at various stages, it is primordial to always put people at the center of our design in order to ensure that technologies are serving the humans and not the other way around.

I am an “Open Source Mind” Futurist, International speaker, executive advisor, mentor/coach and excellent change manager with strong focus on people development, new business processes, new technologies and business strategy.

Former global program and people manager with more than 30 years experience in global multinationals mainly in the specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical space specialised in business processes combined with strong IT and new technologies background. Strong on globalization, standardization and harmonization.
